Leadership
Rayalta is led by its founder, Daniel R. Swanson Sr., a process, product and systems innovator with more than 20 years of experience with Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Swanson is an inventor of four granted patents, (U.S. Patent 8,317,520, 7,337,947, 7,475,813, and 7,707,106). In addition he has more than 20 patents pending. He has always been at the leading edge of business innovation.
He has experience with the full lifecycle of innovation and its many touchpoints; from idea generation to patenting; from venture capital pitch making to managing the marketing of a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO);
from process reengineering to directing an entire key global business process for a Fortune 500 company.
